Q:Do I need a card to book an appointment?

A:Yes, you must have a debit/credit card on file to book your appointment.

Q:Are children allowed?

A:Children are not allowed unless they are being serviced.

​

Q:Does Kia service children?

A:Kia does not service children but there are other stylist that are available.

​

Q:Can I bring my own bundles?

A:You may bring your own bundles but we ONLY use our frontals and closures.

 

Q:Is there a cancellation fee?

A:All appointments can be cancelled 24 hours in advance but there is a No Call No Show fee of 50% that will be charged.

Q:Is there a deposit for extension/wig services?

A:All Extension and Wig Services requires 50% deposit that must be paid before we book the appointment.
