At K Taylor Hair, we take pride in providing premium quality hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds. However, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:
• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Hair must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and unaltered (this includes no combing, washing, dyeing, or removing of the bundle ties).
• All exchange requests must be approved before returning the item.
